Senior Product Designer
Nurocor is seeking candidates for a Senior Product Designer. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and deliver end-to-end designs, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity comps. This position serves as a bridge between end user needs, customer and business requirements, and technical feasibility, helping to guide product strategy while delivering simplified solutions to complex problems within the clinical trial space. While this position is currently the sole design role at Nurocor, there is potential to further build out a research and design team in the future and for the right candidate to progress to a Director of Product Design position.
The position is full-time and US-remote, with daily collaboration through Microsoft Teams and the Atlassian product suite (Jira, GitLab, Confluence). For timezone considerations, our team is distributed throughout the US and Europe. Experience in Figma is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end designs, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity comps
- Guide product strategy
- Conduct user interviews and prototype testing
- Host design reviews and lead design approval workflow
- Deliver approved designs to development
- Conduct design QA and participate in SCRUM processes
- Establish design best practices and processes
- Drive consistency and UX improvements in existing applications

The Professional Services team is seeking an experienced Pharma R&D Clinical Trial Software Implementation Project Manager to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be supporting multiple projects/initiatives from initiation to completion.
